I am an optimistic and confident leader, with a strong track record of driving digital innovation in the areas of app, web and cross-channel experiences. My current and previous roles have required me to manage, lead and mentor creative and production teams. This has helped me to develop strong interpersonal skills and I have the ability to build successful relationships across different teams and help facilitate decision-making.
